Olivia + Topshop

So like I have already said I have a slight obsession over Olivia Palermo, after going through everything in Topshop I have selected a number of things which are very Olivia like!

1. The shirt

2. The jacket

3. The bottoms

4. The cardigan

5. The dress

4 Investment Pieces:

This A/W I plan to 'invest' (in the words of my mum) in these 4 main things!

1. Burberry Trench Coat - it's a classic and I can get one for half price which makes it even better

2. French Sole Flats - my mum's friend introduced me to these years ago but I have never actually brought a pair but after dozens of topshop pumps ending up in pieces I think it's time to spend a bit more but actually have them last

3. Chanel Ballet Flats - I already have a pair but they are perfect so I really want to get the all black pair. Last time I went in there they also had this amazing velvet burgundy and black leather toe pair - perfect either 'congratulations on your a-level results' or 'don't worry about your results have these to cheer you up' present if you ask me!

4. D&G Tuxedo Blazer - One of my main hates is an ill fitting blazer, although more expensive a good blazer makes such a difference. I found this one in the sale (obviously my budget doesn't quite stretch to a classic YSL one unfortunately) and I think this is a good alternative!

She is probably one of my favourite dressed people (+ Rachel Bilson and Blair Waldorf although fictional) and I have become completely obsessed!

ebay

Although I sell alot on ebay I don't think I've ever actually brought anything off the site so I decided to finally have a look. After searching for things for an hour to two I managed to find the acne hybria boots I have been trying to hunt down since last year! Although a size too big for £60 (RRP: £410) who cares! The seller wouldn't do a buy it now so it was left to the auction which up until the last 2 seconds I was winning. Then suddenly this person starts bidding and with my final second attempt it was over and I was too late! I was the only bidder for nearly 6 days! Moral of the story is ebay is a huge disappointment and never get your hopes up unless you can buy it now...

Buying off ebay (or at least attempting to) - never again
